* The principles of controlling manual handling risks and how to apply these.
* The value and purposes of conducting a manual handling assessment and what employees can expect of such assessments
* The main provisions of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations
Additional Information
There is a short multi-choice test at the end of the course. Candidates are required to correctly answer 20 out of 30 questions in order to achieve a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 2 Award in the Principles of Manual Handling.
